Terms of Service
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and 360 Buzz LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for use of 1Glance (also called 1GlanceApp), including the iOS and Apple TV apps, the marketing website at 1glance.app, and the Guest Upload website at uploads.1glance.app (together, the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
License & intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 1Glance for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code from, translate, or create derivative works of the Service or our trademarks, except as allowed by law. The Service and related intellectual property remain owned by 360 Buzz LLC and its licensors.
Accounts & subscriptions
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.
Paid features and subscriptions are billed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple’s terms and refund policies apply to those transactions. Current auto-renewable plans are Plus ($2.99 per month) and Pro ($9.99 per month). Free accounts include up to 5 screens, 10 images per slideshow, and a “Powered by 1Glance” logo. Plus removes the logo and allows 50 images per slideshow. Pro removes the logo and allows up to 50 screens and 150 images per slideshow.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase and for each renewal. You can manage or cancel in Apple ID subscription settings or from the 1Glance paywall.
Customers who previously purchased the one-time Max 10 Screens (Max5) upgrade keep that lifetime access: no logo, up to 10 screens, and 150 images per slideshow. That purchase is no longer sold. Promo or offer codes for Pro unlock Pro for a limited time and then convert to a paid Pro subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We may change pricing or paid features, but we will make clear what you are being charged for through the App Store purchase flow.
User content & indemnification
You retain ownership of content you submit to 1Glance (“User Content”), including screens, images, text, overlays, and settings. You grant 360 Buzz LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display User Content as needed to operate the Service.
You are solely responsible for User Content you add and for content that appears on screens you control. If you enable Guest Upload, you are also responsible for guest-submitted images that are accepted onto your screens.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 360 Buzz LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, guest-uploaded content on your screens, your public display of that content, or your violation of these Terms.
Guest Upload
For account holders who enable Guest Upload
- You control whether Guest Upload is on, ticket type (temporary or permanent), and related settings.
- AI or automated moderation is imperfect. It may miss, misclassify, delay, or fail to block inappropriate or unwanted images. It is a helper only and is not a guarantee of safety, legality, or suitability for your venue or audience.
- You are solely responsible for monitoring guest uploads, reviewing what is shown on your screens, removing content, adjusting moderation settings, disabling Guest Upload, and supervising the physical display environment.
- 360 Buzz LLC is not liable for guest-submitted content displayed on your screens, including content that automated moderation did not block.
For guests who upload
- By uploading an image, you grant the screen owner a license to store and display that image on the related 1Glance screen(s).
- You may only upload content you have the right to share, and you must not upload illegal, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited material.
- We may refuse, remove, rate-limit, or revoke upload tickets at any time. Uploads are not guaranteed to be permanent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse Guest Upload links, share them to solicit abusive content, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360 Buzz LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Certain features require an internet connection and may depend on third-party data (for example weather or calendar sources). We are not responsible for outages, device power, network charges, roaming fees, or third-party data accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360 Buzz LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss related to guest-uploaded content, public display of content, or reliance on automated moderation. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.
Updates & termination
We may update the apps or Service and may change system requirements. You may need to install updates to continue using 1Glance. We do not promise indefinite compatibility with every iOS or tvOS version.
We may suspend or stop providing the Service (or any feature, including Guest Upload) at any time. Upon termination, your license ends and you should stop using the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Please review this page periodically.
