Privacy Policy
Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how 360 Buzz LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use 1Glance (also called 1GlanceApp), including:
- The 1Glance apps for iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV
- Our marketing website at 1glance.app
- Our Guest Upload website at uploads.1glance.app, where guests can send photos to a 1Glance screen
By using 1Glance, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Information we collect
Account holders
When you create or use a 1Glance account, we may collect:
- Email address and authentication information
- Content you create in the app, such as screens, widgets, overlays, messages, images, and related settings
- Subscription and purchase status handled through Apple (we do not store your full payment card details)
- Optional feature data you choose to connect, such as weather location searches or calendar feed URLs
Guest Upload users
If you scan a Guest Upload QR code or open an upload link, you can submit a photo without creating an account. In that case we collect:
- The image you upload and an optional filename
- Technical information needed to operate the feature (for example, to validate an upload ticket and help prevent abuse)
Guest images are associated with the screen owner’s 1Glance account and may be stored with that owner’s content.
Website visitors
On our marketing website we may use Google Analytics (or similar tools) to understand site traffic and improve the site. These tools may collect device and usage information such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP address, subject to those providers’ policies.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain 1Glance
- Sync and display your screens on devices you link, including Apple TV
- Process Guest Upload photos into the screen the ticket was created for
- Process subscriptions and communicate about the Service
- Improve reliability, security, and abuse prevention
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not sell your personal information.
Guest Upload
Important points:
- The feature is controlled by the account holder who enables it.
- Uploaded photos are stored for that holder’s screen and may be shown publicly on displays they control.
- We may apply automatic checks (including AI-assisted moderation), rate limits, and ticket expiration. Guest Upload photos may be sent to our moderation provider (OpenAI) to help detect disallowed content. These controls are helpers only and may not catch every issue.
- Screen owners can remove images and disable Guest Upload in the app. Guests who want an image removed should contact the screen owner or us using the contact details below.
Processors & third parties
We use trusted service providers to run 1Glance. Depending on how you use the Service, this may include:
- Apple — app distribution, Sign in with Apple, and in-app purchases
- Google Firebase — authentication, database, file storage, hosting, cloud functions, and app check
- Google Analytics — marketing website analytics
- AccuWeather — weather lookups when you use weather widgets
- OpenAI — automated content moderation for Guest Upload photos (images may be transmitted to OpenAI for this purpose and are not used by us to train general AI models)
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction involving 360 Buzz LLC.
Public display
1Glance is designed to show content on screens you control, including Apple TVs in homes, businesses, or events. If you display personal or guest-uploaded content in a public or semi-public place, you are responsible for that presentation and for the privacy expectations of people who appear in or provide that content.
Retention & deletion
We retain account and content data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Guest Upload tickets may expire based on settings chosen by the screen owner (temporary vs permanent).
To request deletion of your account or associated personal information, email jeff@360buzz.com. Guest-uploaded images are part of the screen owner’s content; owners can remove them in the app, and we can help with deletion requests where appropriate.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport and secured cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion
- Ask questions about how we process your information

Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of 1Glance after changes means you accept the updated policy.
